Do my cleaners have to download an app?+
For your regular, permanent team, the mobile app provides the smoothest experience. However, for temporary or casual cleaners, no app or login is needed — you can text or WhatsApp them a unique schedule link that they tap to clock in via GPS right from their phone's browser.
How much does Team-Trak cost?+

Does the app track my cleaners' location all day?+
No, and this is important for staff peace of mind. Team-Trak is not a background fleet-tracker. It only requests a GPS snapshot at the exact moment of clock-in and clock-out to verify they are at the property. It does not track their location before, during, or after their shift.
